TERMS & CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your commission. Once the artwork is finished, I will provide you with a copyrighted image of the completed piece. The remaining 50% of the agreed price, along with any applicable shipping costs, must be paid before the final artwork is delivered.
Payment can be made via PayPal or by international bank transfer (within Europe).
My art style is stylised, and though I will make sure your space is recognisable in the art work, I cannot guarantee an exact or photorealistic likeness of subjects portrayed. Artistic interpretation may vary, and the final piece reflects my creative style. Personal dissatisfaction due to artistic style or interpretation is not grounds for a refund.
All artwork created remains my intellectual property. By commissioning a piece, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the artwork for private, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, resale, or commercial use without explicit written permission is prohibited.
The artwork may not be used for blockchain-related technologies, including but not limited to NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or AI training databases.
If you want to share a picture of the art work online, you may do so on the condition that I am tagged and/or credited as the artist.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion.
While I take great care in creating and delivering your artwork, I cannot be held responsible for damages or losses that occur after the artwork has been shipped.
I may use images of the commissioned artwork for promotional purposes such as social media, my website, or other portfolios. No personal information about you will be shared.
I may ask you for a testimonial for promotional material, but this is completely optional. If you choose to provide one, I will only use your first name and country of residence.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel in writing before I start the artwork, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus 10£ as an administrative fee.
If you cancel after the artwork process has begun, the deposit will be forfeited.
